One round salon under one retractable roof, built around one olive tree. The glass runs the full circle; the coast runs with it. This is where the estate gathers, and the only room designed for conversation before anything else.

The tree stands at the centre and everything else is arranged around its light. The roof is drawn open in fair weather and closed against wind — an intention recorded in the plan, not an engineered fact.
