HOW IT IS HANDLED

WHY IT IS COLLECTED

For one purpose: to review your invitation request privately and respond to it. The consent you give on the form is scoped to exactly that — review and response.

WHAT NEVER HAPPENS

You are not added to any marketing list — none exists, and there is no pre-ticked box to miss. No identity document, payment detail, or sensitive personal category is requested. Your name, email and message never enter analytics: the measurement layer accepts event names only and cannot carry personal information by construction.

WHERE IT GOES

Your request is delivered over an encrypted connection to a private review channel controlled by the estate. It is read by the membership review function — not by an automated decision system. Nothing is sold, shared or syndicated.

YOUR CHOICES

You may ask what we hold about your request, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Until a dedicated address is published, use the contact route on this site; deletion requests are honoured against the review records.
