THE ARCHITECTURE OF PERFORMANCE
THE VOLUME
The hall is cut into the lower rock rather than placed on it. Its long face is drawn open to the Mediterranean; cliff rock is carried through into the flank wall rather than clad over. The proportion is set by the work: heavy overhead patterns need height, and heavy plate-loaded work needs a span no structure interrupts.
Claim status: Design target
6 M
TARGET CLEAR HEIGHT
Confirmed by structural design, not by this document.
THE MATERIAL
Board-marked in-situ concrete, cut limestone and black steel. The concrete does structural and acoustic work; it is not a finish applied to a frame.
OpenCorrosion and envelope strategy for an openable face in salt air is unresolved. It governs the glazing system, the fixings and the maintenance regime.

THE IRON
By movement pattern, not by brand
Nothing is installed and nothing is selected. What follows is the taxonomy the hall is planned around: the patterns that must be loadable, and the criteria that will govern selection when it happens. Selection follows the floor, the air and the envelope — never the other way round.
| Claim status | Item | Position |
|---|---|---|
| Open | Loaded knee and hip extension | Plate-loaded, unilateral where the pattern allows. |
| Open | Loaded knee flexion | Seated and lying load paths held separately. |
| Open | Horizontal pulling | Chest-supported and free variants. |
| Open | Vertical pulling | Selectorised and loadable bodyweight structure. |
| Open | Horizontal and inclined pressing | Converging and fixed-path variants. |
| Open | Overhead pressing | Seated, back-supported. |
| Open | Isolated frontal-plane loading | Cable and machine vectors. |
| Open | Free weights and platforms | Dumbbell range, racks, bars, loading surfaces. |
| Open | Sled and carry lane | A clear lane that crosses no lifting envelope. |
| Open | Preparation surfaces | Floor area held clear of loaded positions. |
Selection, when it happens, is measured against the standard set by makers such as Sorinex, Legend Fitness, Eleiko, Arsenal Strength, Panatta, PRIME, Woodway, Concept2, Exxentric and VALD. The names are a benchmark, not an order: nothing has been selected and no supply relationship exists.
OpenEquipment selection remains open. The makers named on this page are a reference standard only — no selection has been made and no supply relationship exists.

CIRCULATION
SPACE PER ATHLETE > MEMBERSHIP CAPACITY
One spine, no crossing. A loaded carry never crosses a lifting envelope, and no zone is entered through another zone’s working space.
The plan is set by the room each person needs, not by how many people the room can hold. That caps the number the hall can serve, which is the point rather than a consequence.
OpenThe nine zone names and their order are a proposal. Neither is settled.
OpenFloor area per training athlete is not fixed. The principle is published; the figure is not.

THE FLOOR
THE BUILD-UP
The floor is the part of a training hall most often got wrong. It carries dropped load, isolates vibration from everything above and beside it, and holds equipment stable under heavy unilateral work. Depth is a target until an acoustic report exists.
| Claim status | Item | Position |
|---|---|---|
| Design target | Wearing surface | Dense rubber, thickness a target under acoustic review. |
| Design intent | Impact absorption | Sized for dropped loaded bars, not for general fitness use. |
| Design intent | Vibration isolation | Separation from adjacent volumes is the governing requirement. |
| Design intent | Platform integration | Lifting positions set flush, not laid over. |
| Open | Structural slab | Not designed. No engineer is appointed. |
REQUIRED COORDINATION
- 01Structural engineer — slab, span and the cut into rock.
- 02Acoustic consultant — separation between the hall and adjacent volumes.
- 03Mechanical and ventilation engineer — an openable face in salt air.
- 04Equipment supplier — loading points, clearances and delivery access.
OpenNone of these consultants is appointed. The coordination sequence is published so the order is not improvised later.
OpenProvenance marking for the film is under legal review. Until it clears, the plate is the delivered state.
THE EDGE

DIMENSIONED FOR PREPARATION
Claim status: Design intent
The hall is dimensioned to support athletes preparing at the highest level of the sport: sole use of the volume, controlled access, a review position under even light, recovery immediately adjacent, and training windows that are not shared. No programme exists, none is scheduled, and nobody is attending.
OpenSole-use terms, windows and duration are not settled. They follow completion, not this document.
Claim status: This section — Brand vision
The brief was not written from observation. It was written under load.
The specification for this hall — the height, the span, the floor, the refusal to fill it — comes from decades of training under load, and from an operating manufacturing and export business built in Türkiye and traded internationally. The same discipline produced both.

TRAIN → RECOVER
TRAIN → RECOVER → RESET → RETURN
Heat and cold sit on the same level as the hall, reached through a short cut passage rather than a corridor. The sequence is architectural: the distance between finishing a set and entering cold water is measured in steps.
